We recognise that your data is valuable or sensitive to you; nevertheless, please keep in mind that without access to your account, our specialists will be unable to access your device’s functions such as microphone, camera, battery health, speaker, screen brightness, and so on after repair. As a result, we would like to ask your company’s assistance in making the process run smoothly.
There are two options which are with submission of password and without password:
- With Password
- Passwords are submitted to us based on trust.
- We value honesty in our work, and assessing or sharing our customers’ information for purposes other than testing and installation is strictly banned.
2. Without Password
- You may need to take further steps to create an administrator account that is separate from your main account.
First, click on the Apple logo in the upper left corner, then pick System Preferences.
Once logged in, select Users & Groups in the bottom left corner.
To make changes, first click the lock at the bottom, and then enter your account password. Once you’ve finished, click the + sign on top of the lock.
Select the new account as administrator (you may remove it later), then enter the full name Zbase with the password 1234 (recommended option), and click create user. After then, you can log out of your account, and we will only have access to the alternate administrator account.
